How the Wholesale Model Works

Wholesale Account Guidelines
Business Model Requirements

All accounts looking for a wholesale partnership with Good Health Apparel Company(GHAC) – www.health-matters.us  must meet the following business requirements for consideration: 
  • Brick and Mortar Store: Storefront with proof of address and location. Pictures of store exterior and interior can be provided through email or by social media link
  • Online Shop: Secure, branded website with completed and functional design. Good Health Apparel Company(GHAC) products must only be sold on the approved website and no other business channels
  • B&M and Online Retailer: Must meet all requirements above for B&M and Online businesses.
  • Marketplace or 3rd Party Websites: Good Health Apparel Company(GHAC) does not authorize accounts to sell our product on the following sites; Amazon, Ebay, Jet, Walmart, etc. Selling on 3rd party marketplaces without approval from Good Health Apparel Company(GHAC) could lead to account termination.
  • International Retailers: We welcome applications from international accounts with a storefront and/or online shop. Images of the exterior and interior of your store or valid web address are required. Must be able to pay via credit card or wire transfer in USD. All shipping fees, duties and taxes, and insurance related to the products will be the responsibility of the customer.

The following business models do not meet our requirements for wholesale partnership: 

  • Facebook or Instagram stores
  • Pop-up shops, local fairs, or flea market sellers
  • Home parties or local groups

If you have a unique business model outside of what is listed or operate a subscription-based website, we welcome you to complete an application and we will respond as soon as possible.

Business Documents

Wholesale account applicants must provide basic current business documents as outlined in our form noted below. The business name represented on the documents should be consistent with the submitted application. 

  • Copy of Tax Resale Certificate
  • Copy of State Business Registration License (as applicable by state)

Pricing Policy

Good Health Apparel Company(GHAC)’s MSRP or Keystone Price is our wholesale cost x2. 

  • Inflating retail prices to appear discounted at SRP is prohibited
  • Discounts of our product should be a limited time only such as end of season, anniversary, etc. Fixed or permanent discounts are prohibited. 

Digital Advertising

If you plan to sell Good Health Apparel Company(GHAC) products on your website, please review the following advertising policies. 

  • Pay-per-click advertising such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others is prohibited unless you have our prior written approval.
  • You are welcome to feature our products in email blasts but make sure to use hi-res svg. professional images and brand appropriate copy. 

Minimum Order Requirements

Good Health Apparel Company(GHAC) currently requires a minimum opening order of 10 units per design/product and a reorder minimum amount of 5 units per design/product for wholesalers. All new accounts are required to prepay via credit card.   

After 90 days of orders, we offer various terms from 2/10-n30 to net 30, depending on total volume and frequency of orders and pay history.
