ACCOUNT GUIDELINES

Built for established retail partners.

Wholesale partnership is available to retail businesses with a clear, customer-facing presence and a plan to represent Good Health Apparel Company well.

Brick-and-mortar retailersA storefront with proof of address and location. Store images may be requested.
Online retailersA secure, branded, fully functioning website. GHAC products may be sold only through the approved site.
Combined retailersBusinesses with both a physical store and an online shop should meet the requirements for each.
International retailersA storefront or valid web address is required. Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and insurance remain the retailer’s responsibility.

Sales channels

The following business models do not meet our requirements for wholesale partnership:

Facebook or Instagram stores
Pop-up shops, local fairs, or flea market sellers
Home parties or local groups

If you have a unique business model outside of what is listed, or operate a subscription-based website, we welcome you to apply. We will respond as soon as possible.

Business documents

Wholesale account applicants must provide current business documents. The business name on the documents should match the submitted application.

Copy of Tax Resale Certificate
Copy of State Business Registration License, when applicable

Pricing policy

GHAC’s MSRP, or Keystone Price, is the wholesale cost multiplied by two.

Inflating retail prices to appear discounted at the suggested retail price is prohibited.
Discounts should be limited-time only, such as end-of-season or anniversary promotions. Fixed or permanent discounts are prohibited.

Digital advertising

If you plan to sell GHAC products on your website, please review these advertising policies.

Pay-per-click advertising, including Google Ads and Bing Ads, requires prior written approval.
You may feature our products in email blasts using high-resolution SVG files, professional images, and brand-appropriate copy.

ORDER REQUIREMENTS

Simple terms for getting started.

Minimum order requirements

New wholesale accounts require a minimum opening order of 10 units per design or product. Reorders have a five-unit minimum per design or product. All new accounts must prepay by credit card.

After 90 days of orders, payment terms from 2/10 net 30 to net 30 may be offered based on total volume, order frequency, and payment history.
